Colonel Merlo is the final mission for Fallen Ghosts. It is unlocked once Tomas Ortega, Luis Rocha and Dante Cruzar have all been defeated.

Overview

Once eliminating Ortega, Rocha and Cruzar, the Ghosts receive a call from Karen Bowman who informs them that the leader of Los Extranjeros is nearby. The Ghosts then travel to eliminate him.

Okay. Your target is the mercenary commander, Colonel Merlo. We're at the point of no return here. This man is the driving force of every atrocity we've witnessed. He's got to be stopped. I've tracked his helicopter to a heavily fortified base in the south, so gear up. This is where it all ends. Deal with Merlo, and Los Extranjeros will fold... but they're not going to go down without a fight.

Mission Description

Colonel Merlo's out of his lair. The disruption of the Extranjeros operations and the deaths of 3 of his top men forced him out to handle the situation. This is the moment we aimed to create. Eliminate him.
